Helping Rivartibonitians improve the physical environment of Petite Rivière de l'Artibonite as well as the social and economical conditions of its inhabitants. While strengthening its structure to better serve, ARENY promotes the development of a network of individuals and organizations aiming at the betterment of the "Cité de la Crête-à-Pierrot."
